New classes will start after the summer holidays.
(We accept new minis (5 - 6 year olds) all year)
Karate is an excellent form of both mental and physical training, suitable for people of all age groups. Each week, nearly 150 children, youths, and adults come to Bærum Shotokan Karate Club to train karate with skilled, enthusiastic, and inspiring instructors.

Interested in giving it a try? Just show up when school starts again after the holiday.

The first couple of training sessions are free for everyone, so you can see if this is something for you.

No equipment is required to start.
We enroll children from the age of 7 years. We place special emphasis on allowing children to try out before deciding on membership. Once the child is comfortable and starts participating in the training sessions, a decision can be made about joining.

We invoice the membership fee annually and the training fee semi-annually, both in advance.

Use the button below for registration. By completing the registration, you accept the club's general membership terms. We use Spond Club as our membership and billing system.

We have karate-gi (uniforms) for sale. Let your instructor know if you want to buy one.
