ABOUT BÆRUM SHOTOKAN KARATE
BSK was founded in 2015 and today has approximately 150 members, making it one of the largest Shotokan clubs in Eastern Norway.
We offer a wide range of training options for practitioners of all age groups and skill levels

Beginners
We welcome beginners from January 8th. Beginners train on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:00 to 18:00. 'Mini-karate' (play and karate) for children aged 5 and 6 years is on Fridays from 17:00 to 18:00."

Lørdag 25. april 2022 deltok 7 av våre utøvere på JKA Open Øst på Stange.
Resultatet ble fantastiske 4 gull, 5 sølv og 3 bronsje.
