BSK was founded in 2015 and today has approximately 150 members, making it one of the largest Shotokan clubs in Norway.

Instructor training
This weekend, we hosted the first part of the NKF/NIF's Coach Level 1 course in our dojo, where both experienced instructors and beginners received valuable training. We were pleased to welcome participants from Sandefjord, Hamar, and, of course, our own members from Bærum Shotokan Karateklubb. Beginners - Autumn 2024
We look forward to welcoming new participants after the start of the school year. We will offer great training opportunities for everyone, from the very young to the adults starting in week 35. Beginners will train on Mondays 1730 - 1800 and Wednesdays 1700 - 1800.. WE ACCEPT BEGINNERS STARTING JAN ´205
